Ho! Ho! Ho! It's our HUGE holiday market

Have you missed Mary Beth from Stars of the Meadow? She returns this week with some artful amaryllis bulbs and wreaths fashioned from her painterly dried flowers.

Do you remember Charles, our charming woodturner from The Misshapened Bowl? He’s coming out of retirement for just one day to bring his hand-turned beautiful bowls to the market.

Also here, jeweler Nan Zinaman, a local jeweler specializing in beaded jewelry for something truly unique and handmade.

Wil-Hi Lamb, who raises Rambouillet sheep near Red Hook, will be here with gorgeous cuts of lamb for your holiday table, but also with skeins of quality wool in gorgeous colors for the knitter in your life. They’ll also be selling their uber popular wool dryer balls and wooly and warm shoe insoles which make perfect stocking stuffers! And goat milk soap, too.

You’ll also find soap at the R&M Farm stand where Ryan will be happy to take your orders for prime rib or roasts for your holiday feasts. Also, Sasha’s Seafood joins us with beautiful fish fillets and her belly-warming chowder.

Arlotta Food Studio is bringing lots of their rustic serving “platters” fashioned from olive wood from their own grove. Just the thing for serving/displaying their tapenade, balsamic fig jam and red pepper spread. Plus, mention the word PEACE and you get 10 percent off at the Arlotta tent this weekend.

If there’s someone in your life who loves to make a pretty charcuterie or cheese board, give them a stunning wooden board from Sound Designs Woodworking worthy of their artistry. Cut on one side, serve on the other. Brilliant!

For the Bloody Mary aficionado in your life, pick up a jar of Bloody Good Mud and a bottle of vodka from Springbrook Hollow Distillery. Pair up some maple syrup from Maplebrook Farm and maple bourbon from Cooper’s Daughter Spirits for a fun “themed” gift.

Other gifts that go well together? A beautiful mug or pasta bowl from CAF POTTERY and a pound of Cano Coffee beans or La Trafila pasta.

La Petite Occasion is joining the party with her popular gift boxes packed with buttery, French caramels, and toffee, too.

Mermud Studio will also have beautiful pottery but also chunky knit hats in cool colors that have been flying off the shelves at our sister market in Hastings.

There will truly be something for everyone so bring your food list and gift list and have fun! Liquid Fables has mixed cocktails for you to enjoy later in the day as you admire your market haul.

The knife sharpener will also be here so bring your dull scissors to make gift wrapping a snap!

See you at the (HOLIDAY) market!
